TariffMate is a professional tool designed to assist with the calculation and validation of TeamGym tariffs across Floor, Tumble, and Trampet disciplines. The Service allows users to manage team data, calculate tariff scores, and validate results in line with TeamGym competition rules.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One person or organisation may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Accuracy of Tariff Calculations

TariffMate is provided as a calculation aid. While we strive for accuracy:

• The Service is not a substitute for official FIG or national federation rulebooks
• Users are responsible for verifying all tariff calculations against current official rules
• We accept no liability for errors in tariff calculations that affect competition outcomes
• Rules and tariff structures change; it is your responsibility to ensure the Service is used with up-to-date parameters

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of TariffMate are the intellectual property of the Service owner. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Any team data, scores, or other content you enter into the Service remains your property. By entering data, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or errors in tariff calculations.
